When you join the Laborers’ Union you don’t actually work for the Union, you work for an employer who is a Union contractor. Your employer could be local company or a much larger company whose reach extends across the country or even overseas. The Union is your access to hundreds of Union contractors throughout Washington and Northern Idaho.
